• Shipping & Delivery
• GaryWilsonStones.com can ship merchandise to locations within the United States and internationally. We ship USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with added insurance. We agree to ship within 2 business days of receiving orders. THANK YOU!



• Sales Tax
• GaryWilsonStones.com charges sales tax for California residents. If you have a tax ID number for resale, please email me at Lauren@garywilsonstones.com and I will refund the tax amount.



• Warranties
• Remember, these are stones, natural formations, and they should be handled with care. Some materials are stronger than others, so please proceed carefully with new stones. We cannot accept returns on any stones that were broken while working with them, dropped, etc. Also, I will try to keep the website as accurate as possible, but there might be mistake here or there! I apologize if there are any issues with a stone no longer being available, etc.



• Return Policy
• We will accept merchandise returns within 14 days as long as the merchandise is in its original state. The buyer will be required to pay return shipping charges. If you received damaged merchandise, please email me and we will address it on a case by case basis.
